Service Area: Los Angeles County, Orange County, and surrounding areas
1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting or receiving towing or roadside assistance from Carsaad Towing, LLC, you ("customer" or "you") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services Offered
We provide light-duty towing, medium-duty towing, and heavy duty towing, flatbed towing, motorcycle towing, and roadside assistance services including jump starts, fuel delivery, tire changes, lockouts, and winch-outs. Additional services may be offered at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is based on distance, time, service type, and vehicle condition.

Payment is due immediately upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payments.

A valid government-issued ID may be required for credit/debit card payments.

Credit card authorization forms may be required for remote or high-value transactions.
4. Cancellation & Dispatch Fees

A 50% cancellation fee will apply if the service is canceled after a driver has been dispatched.

Dispatch is defined as the point when a driver is actively en route to your location.

No-shows or cancellations after arrival may be charged in full.
5. Vehicle Condition and Liability
-
We are not responsible for pre-existing mechanical or cosmetic damage, or for any damage resulting from unsafe or inoperable vehicle conditions.

You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is accessible, unlocked, and ready to be moved safely.

We are not liable for damage resulting from vehicles with mechanical defects, broken axles, flat tires, steering or brake issues, or other compromised conditions.
6. Property Damage & Claims

Any damage claims must be reported to us at the time of service or within 24 hours in writing, with photo documentation.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
7. Storage Policies

If a vehicle must be stored temporarily, daily storage fees may apply.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including but not limited to:

Unsafe conditions at the pickup or drop-off location

Threatening or abusive customer behavior

Illegal, improperly parked, or stolen vehicles
9. Customer Conduct
You agree not to obstruct, threaten, or interfere with our drivers or representatives during service. Abusive, unlawful, or unsafe conduct may result in refusal or termination of service without refund.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Carsaad Towing, LLC and its owners, employees, affiliates, and subcontractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these terms, or negligent conduct.
11. Use of Independent Contractors
To ensure prompt and efficient service, Carsaad Towing, LLC may, at its sole discretion, engage independent third-party service providers ("subcontractors") to perform towing or roadside services. These subcontractors are independent entities, and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Carsaad Towing, LLC.
By accepting our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Carsaad Towing, LLC does not control or supervise the operations of subcontractors.

We shall not be held liable for any acts, omissions, damages, losses, delays, or injuries caused by any subcontractor or their personnel.

Any claims or disputes arising from subcontracted services must be directed to the third-party provider.
You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Carsaad Towing, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from the performance or conduct of any subcontractor, except where such claims are caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising out of or relating to our services shall first be addressed through informal good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Los Angeles County, California.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon publication.
