Service Area: Los Angeles County, Orange County, and surrounding areas
1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting or receiving towing or roadside assistance from Carsaad Towing, LLC, you ("customer" or "you") agree to these Terms of Service. You acknowledge that providing your credit card information over the phone, or giving verbal authorization on a recorded line, constitutes a binding electronic signature and agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services Offered
We provide light-duty towing, medium-duty towing, and heavy duty towing, flatbed towing, motorcycle towing, and roadside assistance services including jump starts, fuel delivery, tire changes, lockouts, and winch-outs. Additional services may be offered at our discretion.
3. Pricing, Payment and Refunds

All pricing is based on distance, time, service type, and vehicle condition.

Payment is due immediately upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payments.
- No refunds: All services are non-refundable once the service has begun. Service is considered "begun" when the driver arrives at the pickup location or begins the hook-up process.

Card Not Present: For telephone or digital payments, you agree that your verbal or digital authorization serves as a signature on file.
4. Cancellation & Dispatch Fees

A 50% cancellation fee will apply if the service is canceled after a driver has been dispatched.

"Dispatched" is defined as the point when a driver is actively en route to your location.

No-shows (GOA) or cancellations after arrival may be charged in full.
5. Vehicle Condition and Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing mechanical or cosmetic damage, or for any damage resulting from unsafe or inoperable vehicle conditions.

You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is accessible, unlocked, and ready to be moved safely.

We are not liable for damage resulting from vehicles with mechanical defects, broken axles, flat tires, steering or brake issues, or other compromised conditions.
6. Proof of Service & Waiver of Signature
In the event that you are not physically present at the drop-off location:

You expressly authorize Carsaad Towing, LLC to leave the vehicle at the specified address without a physical signature.

GPS Logs & Photos as Proof: You agree that our driver's GPS logs, dispatch records, and/or photographs of the vehicle at the pick-up or drop-off location shall serve as definitive proof of service delivery.

Waiver: You hereby waive the right to dispute the service completion or file a chargeback based solely on the absence of a delivery signature.
7. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Friendly fraud: You agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or credit card dispute for services that were rendered. Filing a chargeback for valid services will be considered "friendly fraud" and theft of services.

Dispute Consequences: In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, Carsaad Towing, LLC reserves the right to:

Submit this agreement, call recordings, GPS logs, and photos as evidence to your bank.

Send the unpaid debt to a third-party collections agency.

Pursue civil legal action for the original amount plus all administrative fees, legal costs, and chargeback fees incurred.
8. Property Damage & Claims

Any damage claims must be reported to us at the time of service or within 24 hours in writing, with photo documentation.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including but not limited to:

Unsafe conditions at the pickup or drop-off location

Threatening or abusive customer behavior

Illegal, improperly parked, or stolen vehicles
10. Customer Conduct
You agree not to obstruct, threaten, or interfere with our drivers or representatives during service. Abusive, unlawful, or unsafe conduct may result in refusal or termination of service without refund.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Carsaad Towing, LLC and its owners, employees, affiliates, and subcontractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these terms, or negligent conduct.
12. Use of Independent Contractors
To ensure prompt and efficient service, Carsaad Towing, LLC may, at its sole discretion, engage independent third-party service providers ("subcontractors") to perform towing or roadside services. These subcontractors are independent entities, and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Carsaad Towing, LLC.
By accepting our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Carsaad Towing, LLC does not control or supervise the operations of subcontractors.

We shall not be held liable for any acts, omissions, damages, losses, delays, or injuries caused by any subcontractor or their personnel.

Any claims or disputes arising from subcontracted services must be directed to the third-party provider.
13. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising out of or relating to our services shall first be addressed through informal good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Los Angeles County, California.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon publication.
